Allowable Value of Harmful Substance In Amino Acid Sequence Analysis

When the sample is in liquid form, please make sure that below substances are not contained or less than allowable value. Samples in dry form are in the same condition except for volatiles.

* Organic solvent except for Methanol and Acetonitrile
* Carbamide

Allowable value of substance possible to analyze contained in the sample

* 0.1% TFA
* 0.1 M Acetic acid
* Sodium potassium salts(up to 0.2 M)
* Phosphate buffered saline(PBS)
* Guanidine hydrochloric acid(up to 7M)
* Acetonitrile and Methanol(up to 15%)
