Real time PCR probes to detect two different genes, A and B, are synthesized using the different modification reagents; one is the reagent we used to use (1) and the other is that we presently use (2). These genes are measured using two probes in cDNA at five kinds of dilution rate.
The data show quite similar values between both real time PCR probes.
